people will never understand why I waited for you. But when I think about it, I mean really think about it, there are endless reasons. The lengths that I would go to just to make sure you’re still smiling. Telling you every 5 minutes that everything is going to be ok, and having to repeat myself until you believe it. Listening to you talk, god especially in the mornings. Wishing everything was that easy but never forgetting moments that are, never forgetting what you do for me. The past remains a burden that will fall off in pieces, slowly but surely. I will work so hard to give you everything you ever want and more. I will get us a big dog and a thousand pillows for our bed. A big closet for all your clothes in a place you can finally call home. I will be here to grow with you. I will be here, though hell or high water, And I will never stop loving you.
